Have Questions?... I Have Answers!

Do I have to use one of your Hair Stylists?: Not at all — it’s entirely optional! That said, I do strongly recommend them. They specialize in creating polished, photo-ready looks that work well with studio lighting. After years of working with many clients, I can confidently say it makes a big impact on the final results. Plus, it is one less thing for you to think about on photo day!
I'm not comfortable in front of the camera - Will you guide me?: This is completely normal, and I would never expect you to be an expert at posing. Making you feel natural and at ease in front of the camera is my specialty—and I love nothing more than helping you feel relaxed, connected, and genuinely yourself during your session.
What should I bring, wear, or how should I prepare for my session?: I will ask you more about where you plan to use your new images and about your brand—then walk you through suggestions for what to wear, what to bring, and how to feel fully prepared for your session.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?: Life happens, and I totally get that! Since your session time is reserved especially for you, last-minute cancellations are not refundable. However, I do offer a one-time reschedule if you give at least 72 hours’ notice.
My Business Partner and I are booking on the same day. Can we get a Team Photo of the two of us as well?: Absolutely — If two business partners are scheduled back-to-back, we can capture a few shots together once the second person is out of hair and makeup. If you're thinking of a broader team session, with more people, or you want more image variety, reach out and we can chat about a custom package.
