The Experience
Modern Headshot Events are designed to be calm, efficient, and highly personalized.
Each session is thoughtfully guided from start to finish, with support around wardrobe, posing, and image selection so the process feels easy and confidence-building.
What’s Included
Each Modern Headshot Session includes:
• Pre-session wardrobe guidance
• Professional hair styling (camera-ready finishing)
• Time for Multiple outfits and Backgrounds
• Guided posing and expression coaching
• Same-day image review and selection
• Two professionally retouched digital images of your choice
Session Fee
$590 + tax
The session fee includes the complete Modern Headshot experience described above, which includes two fully retouched digital images.
Additional images are available for purchase after you view your images.
Additional Image Options
Additional professionally retouched digital images may be purchased after your session:
• Single additional image: $100
• Bundle of 3 additional images: $200
(Applicable state and local taxes will be applied at checkout. Most clients choose the bundle, for added variety & flexibility across platforms.)
Launch Note
To celebrate the launch of the Modern Headshot Experience, January and February sessions include a $100 image credit that may be applied toward additional images selected after your session.
This launch credit is not combinable with gift certificates or other promotional offers.
Session Flow & Timing
Please plan for approximately two hours for your session.
To create a calm, efficient experience, sessions are thoughtfully staggered. While one client is selecting their images, another may be receiving professional hair styling, or vice versa.
Our schedule is designed so that each client receives our full attention during their photographed time, with care taken to ensure the experience feels unhurried and personal.
Image Selection
You’ll view your images the same day as your session, with guidance to help you select images that feel natural, flattering, and aligned with your professional goals.
There is no pressure to purchase more than what feels right for you.
